PROCHEM PEAK GTX
Prochem PEAK GTX is made to handle both residential and larger
commercial jobs. Peak enhanced features are well appreciated by veteran
cleaners, and are not found on the air-cooled series machines. Peak GTX is the
first machine in the Prochem line set-up for dual wand operation.
PEAK is the first model featuring a Liquid-Cooled Engine,
Tri-Lobe Blower and Aluminum Frame.
Prochem liquid-cooled machines have two benefits: longer engine
life and added heat production. An engine mounted Heli-Coil transfers engine
heat and pre-heats water entering the heat exchange system. The Tri-Lobe Blower
performs better and is smoother resulting in longer belt life, quieter operation
and less down time. An aluminum frame prevents rust and corrosion and will add
to the long operational life of your equipment.

- Kohler 25 HP Liquid-Cooled Engine
- Cylinders plated with resilient nickel-silicon for virtually permanent cylinder life.
- Self-relieving choke carburetor for for optimum starting.
- Over Head Valve design to ensure even burning and greater fuel efficiency.
- CAT 3CP Pump. Any other pump is second best -- reliable and very heavy duty.
- Clutch on water pump makes work easier, and the pump last
longer.
- TL-406 Tri-Lobe Blower for smoother operation and improved
vacuum.
- Marine Grade Aluminum 60 gallon Waste tank with automatic high level shut off
Improved drainage and easy filter and waste basket cleaning
- Last step chemical Injection for long life of water pump and heat exchanger system.
- Shutdown indicator lights, chemical flow simulator, and easy
access solution screen and check-valve enhance the control panel.
- Patented Heat Exchanger System generates consistent heat under any conditions thereby
improving cleaning. PEAK'S Heli-Coil and heat exchangers
capture heat fast. The larger capacity of the system improves the
supply of hot water when hard surface cleaning or doing larger
commercial jobs.
