Prochem APEX is a true dual wand truck mounted carpet cleaning machine. The performance features make it ideal for restoration work or large commercial applications. It is a serious step up from PEAK in features and performance.

Prochem liquid-cooled machines have two benefits: longer engine life and added heat production. An engine mounted Heli-Coil transfers engine heat and pre-heats water entering the heat exchange system. The Tri-Lobe Blower performs better and is smoother resulting in longer belt life, quieter operation and less down time. An aluminum frame prevents rust and corrosion and will add to the long operational life of your equipment.

PROCHEM APEX Truck Mount features include:

• 31 HP Industrial Liquid-Cooled Kubota Engine that provides plenty of power.
• General Pump's Emperor HTS 2210 High Pressure Water Pump. Features similar to the CAT 5CP pump but built with components substantially larger for improved longevity. It is the same pump now used on the Everest.
• Clutch on water pump makes work easier, and the pump last longer.
• TL-408 Tri-Lobe Blower for smoother operation and improved vacuum.
• Marine Grade Aluminum 60 gallon Waste tank with automatic high level shut off Improved drainage and easy filter and waste basket cleaning
• Last step chemical Injection for long life of water pump and heat exchanger system.
• Shutdown indicator lights, chemical flow simulator, and easy access solution screen and check-valve enhance the control panel.  Additionally, control panel is lit for low light situations.
• Hot water tap which enables technician to mix pre-conditioners using hot water.
• Patented Heat Exchanger System generates consistent heat under any conditions thereby improving cleaning.  APEX'S Heli-Coil and heat exchangers capture heat  fast. The larger capacity of the system improves the supply of hot water when hard surface cleaning or doing larger commercial jobs. APEX produces heat fast and stays up with you in all situations.
