Commercial Sprayers, Injection Sprayers

When carpet is cleaned properly, a minimum residue -- chemical or moisture -- is left behind. Following dry vacuuming of the carpet, the next step is to pre-condition the carpet with a more power cleaning solution. Carpet pre-sprays may be applied with an injection sprayer, or an electric sprayer. A pump up sprayer may also be used. Allow dwell time for the pre-conditioner to work, follow up with a rinse and truck mount extraction of carpet.

Spraymaster injection sprayers effectively dispense hot, diluted, pressurized chemicals in one step. Excellent for applying Prochem Ultra Pac, Power Burst, and Olefin Pre-spray to carpet. Standard model is set-up for dilution of 1:9 which works great with Prochem pre-sprays. Both models are made of high quality components. Both use the same high impact plastic jug which is designed to stay upright at all times. Both have a large fill port at the back of the jug to allow the technician to refill the jug without having to remove the injector.

Both the Funnel Top and Straight Neck sprayers are available in 1, 2 and 3 gallon sizes. All models feature Viton Seals and are suited for application of commercial cleaners ( including solvent based).
