MMS inventories and recommends the complete line of Prochem Pre-sprays for the professional cleaning of all types of carpet. All products are in stock and ship UPS. 

For many years we have recommended the two-step carpet cleaning process. Step one:  Pre-Spray. Step two:  Clean and Rinse.

ULTRAPAC TRAFFICLEAN

DESCRIPTION:  All Ultra formulas deliver the premium cleaning performance you've come to expect.

WHERE TO USE:  Excellent for both routine carpet cleaning and heavily soiled carpet. Great for restaurant  because it removes oil and grease quickly and effectively. Recommended for the wide variety of residential cleaning. Use on traffic lane areas, office of auto repair companies, yet safe enough for stain resistant carpet.

DESCRIPTION:  High-solvent , alkaline formula "strikes" extreme grease and grime without extended dwell time. Ultra concentrated powder with high pH

WHERE TO USE:  For serious soil. Apartments,  "uglied-out" carpets, and for those carpets deprived a scheduled carpet maintenance program. Not recommended for Stain Resistant carpets and Fine rugs.

OLEFIN PRE-CLEAN

DESCRIPTION:  Safely deep cleans oily and particular sails that cause yellowing and discoloration on olefin (polypropylene) carpets. Contains no harsh smelling-strong smelling solvents. For best results always rinse with All Fiber Deep Clean Rinse.

WHERE TO USE:  For commercial glue down direct olefin carpet. Removes or reduces yellowing and discoloration caused by oil and oil attraction to Olefin carpets.  Use only as a Preconditioner, rinse well. Removes filtration at edge of carpets.

POWER BURST
S789

DESCRIPTION:  Serious power for serious soil. Ultra concentrated powder. Preconditioner   technology contains a powerful concentration of granular enzymes: amylases for starches, lipases for Fats, proteases of protein soil. The enzyme mix is selected to work effectively with the high pH detergents necessary to  break down these particular targeted heavy soils. 

 WHERE TO USE:  Commercial carpet, greasy carpets in restaurants, traffic lane and open areas where you find heavy soil buildups. Not recommend for for residential stain-resistant carpet.

Diluted with hot water.
Allow 5-15 minutes dwell time for the enzymes to catalyze  (break down)  grease, oils and starches.

DESCRIPTION:  Independent lab testing has proven Axiom Clean not only cleans as well as their Prochem counterparts, but better than other Green Products on the market. Use where consumers are willing to pay a premium for the security and sense of environmental responsibility that comes with cleaning green. 

WHERE TO USE:  Use where consumers are willing to pay a premium for the security and sense of environmental responsibility that comes with cleaning green. Other possibilities are K-12 schools, health care such as doctors offices and clinics, and on-site day care. Go green, and out clean the competition. Also, use as a cleaning pre-treatment for wool and stain resistant nylon.
