One of our best selling truck mounted carpet cleaning machines is the Prochem Blazer GT.
It is an affordable truck mount that still offers the quality components and engineering of a more expensive unit.

The new engine warranty is now 3 years.

State of Michigan and City of Warren Honors MMS
 Michigan
Maintenance Supply was honored with a special tribute from the
State of Michigan for it's commitment to the community, and for
providing variety and quality products. At the same time, MMS
was recognized by by the Van Dyke-Eight Mile Gateway
Collaborative and the Detroit Local Support Corporation for its
participation as part of the Facade Improvement Program.
In the same location since 1978, MMS
remains committed to the city of Warren and the State of
Michigan. MMS has expanded into five adjacent commercial
properties, revitalizing each. The ribbon cutting ceremony
celebrates a major facade improvement made to the buildings.

Prochem System Educational Workshops
Held Wednesday, November 19th, 2008
Workshops were a complete success. Thank you everyone for attending. We will be
holding more Prochem IICRC training workshops this Winter and Spring of 2009.

3rd Annual Van
Dyke Clean Up 
Held Saturday, May 17, 2008 with much success.
It is great to see people and our government officials, from
Detroit and the suburbs, collaborating to make our region and
neighborhoods a better place to live and work. Together we have
hope and are making progress.
Eight Mile isn't the Mason Dixon Line. It is a place we share
and that visitors ask about. It is great to see we can take
pride in our gateway even in these difficult economic
times.

Hours.
We are now open an one hour
earlier and staying open an hour later on Saturday.
Effective January, 2008 Saturday hours are 8 am - 3 pm.

Grand Opening of our NEW PROCHEM Service Center
Michigan Maintenance Supply ( MMS) has been located, at the same location since the company was founded in 1978. MMS is at 22740 Van Dyke,
two blocks south of Nine Mile, Warren, Michigan.
In 2005, MMS acquired the attached store front properties of 22750 and 22760 Van Dyke, and completely renovated them. Our original store has now expanded into that space. December 2006, MMS expanded yet again by purchasing the neighboring 4,000 square foot service garage located at 22720 Van Dyke. A complete restoration of the garage has been completed and we have occupied the building for use as a service center.
On Thursday, September 27, 2007 MMS had a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new 22720 Van Dyke service garage. The facility is located adjacent our original store. The Mayor of the City of Warren, Mayor Mark A.
Steenbergh, along with our vendor partners and customers and
staff were present.
Michigan Maintenance Supply began as janitorial supply store
delivering can liners, paper products, and janitorial supplies
throughout the Detroit Metropolitan area. In addition to
janitorial supply to Southeast Michigan, MMS now serves professional carpet cleaners throughout the United States and Canada.
MMS specializes in the installation, service, and financing of truck mounted carpet cleaning equipment. After the ceremony we
demonstrated Prochem equipment and chemicals.

MMS Store Sign is a cool
Warren, Michigan landmark.
August 2007.
 MMS
had a professional sign painter give our building's sign a
facelift. Being a "brick and mortar" business it's
important to give passers-by a glimpse of who we are. The sign
measures 40 feet wide by 20' and height and features an animated
group of janitorial supplies chasing each other. Also shown are
logos for: PROCHEM, Spartan Chemical and NuSource. August 2007.

MMS Purchases 22740 Van
Dyke Service Garage
December 2006.
MMS has acquired
a 4,005 square foot garage facility (22720 Van Dyke, Warren)
adjacent to our original
store ( 22740 Van Dyke ). Previously, the building was being used
as a car repair service
facility . It is now fully renovated. The
additional space will be used for display of PROCHEM truck mounted carpet
cleaning equipment, and as a installation and service center. A
ribbon cutting ceremony was held Thursday, September 27,
2007.
