LIMITED 90 DAY REPAIR AND SERVICE WARRANTY

MMS warrants to the original consumer that the services and repair work done by us will be free from defects in workmanship in normal service for ninety (90) days from date of purchase, provided the equipment is operated and maintained in accordance with all of the Manufacturer's instructions and manuals.

MMS's obligation under this warranty is expressly limited, at its option, to the replacement or repair at Michigan Maintenance Supply Company, Ltd., 22740 Van Dyke Warren, Michigan 48089 or at a service facility designated by us, of such parts as inspection shall disclose to have been defective, or services as inspection shall disclose to have been deficient.

EXCLUSIONS:

All warranties of MMS do not apply to defects caused by casualty, misuse, abuse, of the product(s), or unreasonable use, including faulty repairs by others and failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.   

The following items are not covered by this warranty:

Manufacturer's parts are subject only to the warranties, if any, provided by such manufacturer.

MMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND including, but not limited to, labor costs or transportation charges in connection with the repair services or replacement parts, and all costs and expenses associated with the product being out of use (i.e., lost profits, loss of business, and all other costs associated with product downtime).   

ANY IMPLIED OR STATUARY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.  We make no other express warranty, nor is anyone authorized to make such warranties on behalf of Michigan Maintenance Supply Company, Ltd.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.  However, such limitations and exclusions do apply in the State of Michigan.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

MMS  does collect the IP addresses and domain names of visitors for site administration purposes such as to analyze this data for trends and statistics.
